SiA — for decks — is the gold standard of construction companies. Precision, attention to detail, competence, conscientiousness, dependability, skill— this is a company like none other. They show up — usually at 7 or 8 — and work till 5 or so. They don’t wander off to solicit or begin other projects. Every piece is leveled up, usually with a laser, a level, cords to measure and assure precision. Every piece is sanded top and bottom as though it were fine furniture. Anything that gets painted receives two and three coats. There is no detail that goes unnoticed or undealt with. They arrive with the materials you need and an impressive set of tools. At the end of every work day, they pack up, clean up and leave the work area organized and tidy for the next day. They do not waste a single minute. This company is pure professionalism, both in their website, their billing, their communication, their work ethic, their tools. Prices are fair and meticulously detailed.
