We’re Stas and Alex — founders of SIA Builds. We’re the people who’ll actually show up at your property with a tape measure, real answers, and a professional perspective on your outdoor space.
We build custom decks across Kirkland, Bellevue, and Redmond. Not because it’s trendy — but because this is where we live. Where our kids play. Where we spend our weekends outside, rain, shine, or that classic Pacific Northwest “in-between.”
What you should know about us.
We build for real life. We’re fans — of football, good coffee, and the sound a grill makes before kickoff. We design decks the way we’d build them for ourselves: comfortable, durable, and ready for 15 people on game day — with space left for the dog.
We know this area. We build and work across the Eastside and Greater Seattle — and we understand exactly what 200 days of rain can do to cheap materials.
We know how permitting differs from Bellevue to Kirkland. And we know why some decks start failing after just two winters — and how to build them so they don’t.

Alex focuses on design, layout, and the overall look of each project, making sure the deck fits the house and the way the homeowner wants to use the space.
Stas leads the technical and construction side of the work, with a focus on structure, build quality, and the details that matter in Pacific Northwest weather.
